PREVENTION
It is our intention to maintain the health
and well-being of your pet so that you can spend many happy years
together. To achieve that goal we will often recommend preventive health
measures such as updated vaccinations, heartworm prevention, dietary
management, and dental care. Remember....
"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!"
APPOINTMENTS
Because we know how important your
time is, we try to prevent excessive waiting by seeing our patients
by appointment.

Emergencies
Appointments
Non-emergency
unscheduled visits
Please
check for the earliest available appointment. We thank you for your
understanding in case of an emergency.
Many
people take advantage of our convenient drop-off service. Simply
bring in your pet on your way to work and pick it back up on your
way home. If you want to drop-off an animal but are in a hurry, you
should call ahead and let us know what services you desire for your
pet. Of course, if you have an emergency, do not hesitate to bring
your pet in immediately. Please
phone ahead so that we may prepare for your arrival.
We will provide service as quickly
as possible. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us
know 24 hours in advance so we can schedule another patient in need
of service. In the event of an after-hours emergency, phone our
number. Our answering service will contact Dr. Rigby.
FEES AND
PAYMENTS
In an effort to keep down cost,
payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, VISA,
Master Card, and Discover. After-hours emergencies and
hospitalizations may require a deposit.

REFERRALS
We believe that referrals are the
highest form of compliment. We reward those that refer others to us
with a gift. Both you and the person you refer will receive a $5.00
credit to your account.*
